I hired Malissa as the listing agent to sell my home in Tallahassee. This was my third time selling a home, and working with Malissa was the best experience I've ever had with a Real Estate Agent. From the first time I reached out to her until the closing date, her communication was fantastic. She kept me informed of every step of the process along the way and quickly responded to any questions I had. The photos and presentation of my home online were excellent and yielded offers immediately after it was listed. As offers came in, she offered advise about things that I would never have known with her expertise. Selling a home is such a stressful process, but thanks to Malissa, this time it was a breeze!

You will not find a harder working realtor than Malissa anywhere! She helped us sell our previous home and worked tirelessly to find the perfect new home. On both transactions she was always knowledgeable, organized, professional, patient and a pleasure to work with. We never had any problems getting in touch with her and she stayed in constant contact with us throughout. She aggressively marketed our home to get us top dollar and did everything she could to make the process as smooth as possible. I give her my highest recommendation if you are in need of a realtor
